Presales Engineer - Cloud & Security

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Engineer to join our Cloud Team. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in engaging with customers to understand their requirements, providing expert insights on cloud solutions, and contributing to the success of our sales initiatives. Your primary focus will be on meetings with customers for discussions related to Azure, AWS, mail migration opportunities, and security considerations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Meetings for Cloud Solutions:
  • Engage with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Conduct discussions on cloud solutions, emphasizing Azure and AWS offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to present technical aspects of proposed solutions.
  • Azure & AWS Discussions:
  • Demonstrate expertise in Azure and AWS configurations.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of cloud services and their applications to address customer requirements.
  • Mail Migration Opportunities:
  • Identify and explore opportunities for mail migration to cloud platforms.
  • Enabling Security Discussions:
  • Participate in security discussions with customers, highlighting the security features and best practices of cloud platforms.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Azure or AWS configurations.
  • Proven experience in creating Bills of Materials (BOM) for cloud solutions.
  • Implementation expertise in different workloads on cloud infrastructure.


Educational Background:

3-year Diploma in Computer Science or Electronics, or B.Tech / BCA / MCA in a relevant field.


Certifications:

Certification in Azure or AWS is mandatory.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in engaging with customers for technical discussions.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends and advancements


Working Conditions:

This role may involve travel for customer meetings. The candidate should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment and be able to contribute effectively to pre-sales activities.
